- Standard Products: Items shipped to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States may be able to be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Exclusions: Special orders, items with custom finishes/patina, sale items, and used products cannot be returned. Some of our suppliers do not allow returns.

Conditions for Returns
- Products must be unused, in their original shipping containers, and include all components.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Restocking fees of up to 25% of the purchase price may apply.
- Consumers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must be returned using a traceable service (UPS/FedEx, Common Carrier).

Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of many products, cancellations may incur restocking fees of up to 25% of the purchase price.
